Speakers on time, delegates together
Allianz MiCo, next to the CityLife district, hosts some of the largest medical, scientific and corporate congresses in Europe. During a congress the challenge is rarely the distance, which is short from most hotels, but the timing: speakers who must be on stage at a precise hour, delegates arriving at the same moment, gala dinners in other parts of the city. We plan arrivals from Malpensa and Linate, dedicated cars for speakers and VIP guests, and Sprinter Luxury VIP shuttles between hotels and the venue for groups of up to eight. Organisers receive one schedule and one written quote for the whole event. Dates and programmes are agreed on request.

How far is Allianz MiCo from the centre and the airports?
On an ordinary weekday morning, about 25 minutes from the Duomo, around 35 minutes from Malpensa and about half an hour from Linate. Times vary with city traffic and with the size of the event.
Can you handle transport for a whole congress?
Yes. We plan airport arrivals, speaker cars and delegate shuttles from one schedule, with drivers briefed on names and timings. Programmes and dates are quoted on request, in writing.
Which vehicles do you use for delegations?
The Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven passengers and the Sprinter Luxury VIP up to eight with luggage. For speakers and VIP guests, the S-Class offers a quiet rear cabin.
