The right gate, at the right time
Fiera Milano Rho is one of the largest exhibition centres in Europe, with long halls and several entrances, so where you are dropped matters as much as when. Tell us which pavilions you are visiting and your driver will choose the closest gate, then collect you at an agreed point. The access roads are busiest in the hour before opening and the hour after closing; arriving early and leaving outside the peak saves real time. Among the fairs with dates already announced are Milano Home from 21 to 24 January 2027, MIDO from 6 to 8 February 2027 and the Salone del Mobile from 13 to 18 April 2027, with HOST returning in October 2027.

How far is Fiera Milano Rho from Milan and the airports?
On an ordinary weekday morning, about 35 minutes from the Duomo, around 30 minutes from Linate and about half an hour from Malpensa Terminal 1. During large fairs, allow more time at opening and closing.
Which fairs have announced dates?
At the time of writing: Milano Home 21-24 January 2027, MIDO 6-8 February 2027, Salone del Mobile 13-18 April 2027 and EICMA 3-8 November 2026. HOST returns in October 2027. Always check the official fair website.
Do you provide cars for exhibitor teams?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven people and the Sprinter Luxury VIP up to eight with luggage and samples. For several days, we quote the whole programme in one written price.
