A roadshow lives or dies on the transitions between meetings. In Milan the addresses are close on the map but slow in practice: one-way streets, limited places to stop and traffic in the centre at the wrong hour. With an hourly booking the car and driver stay with you all day, wait outside each building and are ready the moment you leave. Send us the agenda and we check the sequence, flagging any gap that looks too tight. Is an hourly booking better than transfers for a roadshow?
Almost always. With several meetings in a day, the same car waiting at each address avoids the time spent finding a new car. The minimum hourly booking is four hours; full days are common.
Can the roadshow include meetings outside Milan?
Yes. From central Milan, Bergamo's upper town is about an hour and a quarter, Turin about two hours and Lugano around an hour and a half by car in normal traffic.
Do you provide invoices for companies?
Yes. Every booking comes with an invoice with VAT details, and a programme of several days or several cars can be quoted in a single document.
