Milan to Megève by Private Car

A gentle final approach

Megève is about 265 km from Malpensa. The route runs through the Aosta Valley and the Mont Blanc tunnel, down past Chamonix to Sallanches, then up the short climb to the village. Compared with the high Savoie resorts the last stretch is short and gentle, which suits families arriving after an overnight flight. Your driver stops at the door of the Four Seasons Hotel Megève, Les Fermes de Marie or Le Chalet du Mont d'Arbois, or at a chalet on the Mont d'Arbois or Rochebrune side. A couple with light luggage travels well in the S-Class; ski families take the V-Class, with room for seven. From central Milan the drive takes about three and a half hours. A day out to Chamonix or Courmayeur can be booked by the hour with the same car and driver.
