Press days, public days and evening events
EICMA opens with two days reserved for press and industry, followed by the public days, and the access roads to Fiera Milano Rho are busiest at the start and end of each day. For exhibitors and brand teams, a car on standby removes one problem from a demanding week: the driver collects you at your hotel before the morning wave, waits near the right gate and takes you to dinners and launches in the city afterwards. For journalists and guests arriving from abroad, we track flights into Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo and can drive straight to the halls. Executives travel in the E-Class or S-Class, teams with equipment in the V-Class or the Sprinter Luxury VIP.

How long does it take to reach the fair from central Milan?
About 35 minutes on an ordinary weekday morning, but traffic around the fair increases sharply at opening and closing times during EICMA. Your driver plans the departure to avoid the peaks.
Can we book the same car for the whole show?
Yes. Many exhibitors book a car and driver for each day of the show, with a minimum of four hours per day. The price for the whole week is fixed in writing before you arrive.
