Design Week asks you to be in two places at once: meetings with manufacturers in the halls at Rho and installations across Brera, Tortona and Isola, many of them open late. A car booked by the hour solves the gap between them. Your driver drops you at the gate closest to your pavilions, waits while you work and drives you into the city when you are ready, then on to dinners and launches. Catalogues and samples stay in the car. On an ordinary weekday the drive from the Duomo to the fair takes about 35 minutes; during the Salone traffic is much heavier at opening and closing times, so we plan departures around the peaks. Teams travel together in a V-Class or the Sprinter Luxury VIP.

When is Milan Design Week 2027?

Is it better to book transfers or a car by the hour?
For a day split between the fair and the city, an hourly booking is usually better: the same car waits for you at each stop. The minimum is four hours, and many clients book full days for the whole week.
Can you collect us at the airport and take us straight to the fair?
Yes. Fiera Milano Rho is on the way from Malpensa to the city, about half an hour from the terminal in normal traffic. Your driver tracks the flight and waits in the arrivals hall.
