The last kilometre is the difficult one
Portofino restricts traffic into the village and parking is limited in season. Your driver knows where he is allowed to stop, drops you as close to the harbour as the rules permit, and carries the luggage the rest of the way. Santa Margherita, Paraggi and the villas above the bay are all on the same fixed price.
